At 15:08, Stations 99 and 3 were dispatched to the Sawmill Park, 380 S Duffy Rd, Butler Twp, for an Alpha response for a male in his teens with a leg injury from a sled-riding accident.

By 15:28, C-3 and his crews had reported access to the patient, and at 15:38, he reported extrication was completed.

At 16:08, 99-4 called en route to UPMC Children's Hospital.

14:15: Station 22 requested for traffic control on I-79 southbound, just south of the Rt 68 on-ramp from Zelie/Harmony. Single vehicle in the median.

14:30: RQ-22 is on scene.

14:52: Station 22 clear.

12:17: Stations 90, 12, 22, and 62 dispatched to 141 Zehner School Rd, Jackson Twp, for a hot water tank smoking. The breaker has been turned off as of dispatch.

12:21: EN-21-2 and C-21 are establishing Command.

12:22: Nothing obvious from all 4 sides after a 360° inspection.

12:24:C-22 is on location, assuming Command.

12:25: The problem has been isolated to the hot water tank, and the incident can be downgraded to Stations 21 and 22 only.

12:51: EN-27 is on location.

11:40: Stations 27, 36, and 70 (EMS) dispatched for an MVA with unknown injuries at or near S Pike Rd @ Sarver Rd, Buffalo Twp.

11:53: 70-4 is reporting no patients at this scene; they're clear.

12:14: Incident terminated, all units are clear.

10:47: Stations 42, 19, and 76 dispatched to Rt 228 @ Warrendale Rd, Adams Twp, for a passerby report of a tractor-trailer pulled over with its brakes on fire with the driver trying to put them out.

10:52: EN-42-2 is on scene with nothing showing at this time.

11:13: C-19-2 is requesting PennDOT be notified they have water on the roadway that could freeze, Rt 228 to Graham Way.

10:43: Station 27 dispatched with PD to S Pike Rd @ Buffalo Plaza; an oversized load struck a traffic light and tore a guidewire down.

11:11: Per Command, the hazard has been removed and Station 27 is clear.

09:12: C-34-2 is reporting a 2-vehicle MVA on Rt 8 just north of the Dollar General, in the area of 2626 William Flynn Hwy, requesting assistance with traffic. One vehicle is not drivable in the northbound lane. Negative injuries.

08:47: Stations 10, 9, 1, 35, and 44 dispatched to the BMH Crossroads Campus, 129 Oneida Valley Rd for smoke in the building on the 3rd floor; they're attempting evacuation but they do have multiple patients on the 3rd floor.

08:55: City units requesting 2nd alarm.

•Source is steam coolant leak on a boiler system.

09:13: Command reports building maintenance has taken over and the incident is terminated. All units are clear.

17:06: Stations 22, 20, 21, and 62 dispatched to Evans City Rd @ Napora Ln, Jackson Twp, for a single vehicle rollover with entrapment. One female bleeding from the head; bystanders are attempting to get her out.

17:11: Control is advising that the female and a child are out of the vehicle.

17:14: 62-2 is on scene with on vehicle on its roof along with RQ-20 and C-20-2 establishing Command.

17:15: Command confirms both occupants out and with EMS at this time.

17:17: Station 21 cancelled by Command; Station 22 can hold to 1 unit for assistance with traffic.

17:19: RQ-22 is on location.

17:45: 62-2 is clear with patient refusal.

18:16: Incident terminated; all units are clear and the roadway is open.

14:03: Station 15 dispatched to assist PD with a vehicle on its side at 880 Winfield Rd; an occupant is unable to get out but uninjured.

14:13: C-15-2 is on scene. Squads will be needed for traffic control; the patient has self-extricated.

14:33: Station 15 is clear.

12:17: Stations 11 and 99 dispatched for an MVA with a vehicle that slid off the roadway with 2 injuries in the area of McBride's Station on Route 8 in Penn Twp.

12:28: 99-6 is on scene with the vehicle in the parking lot of Nesbitt's Supply on Rt 8.

12:30: RQ-11 is arriving.

12:37: 99-6 is clear with 2 patient refusals.
