Some people have complained about the Bulverde PD seems to be more concerned about traffic tickets than law enforcement.
If you are a Bulverde resident, ask yourself this: How many times have you seen BPD sitting on Hwy 281 running traffic radar. Now, how many times have you seen BPD patrolling through neighborhoods or commercial areas (not the Volunteer VIPS, but the actual police cars)
