It’s a NEW YEAR. New rules require claiming items in a fashionable manner. 2025 Heavenly Accessories LLC will ban individuals from the live if they fail to be responsible for their invoices.
• Bin Numbers and Claim Words: You MUST use your assigned bin number with EACH claim word followed by the claim word provided for each item. Failure to use your bin number will result in your claim being ignored.
• Claims: Claims will be honored based on the order seen on our end. We proceed in order, so if you do not hear your name, you may not have gotten the claim. You will ONLY be skipped if you fail to use your bin number and claim word.
• Live Schedule: Effective immediately, we will no longer deviate from our planned items during live sessions. Every live is carefully planned, so if you request an item and it is not shown, it will be showcased prior to the next live.
• New Shopper: New buyers are required to pay a one-time deposit before any claims will be honored. Upon receiving your deposit, a permanent bin number will be assigned.
• Sales: All sales are FINAL. You claim it, you buy it! Claim responsibility! We will no longer remove items once they are claimed. There will be no removing items once the live ends!
• Payments: Invoices will be sent after the live, and payments are due within 12 hours of receiving the invoice. No exceptions will be made unless prior communication has been established, meaning arrangements were made before the invoice is sent!
• Communication is key: Any and all payment arrangements MUST be discussed prior to claiming. We will no longer honor payment plans requested after the invoice is sent! MOST IMPORTANT HAVE FUN! PLAY NICE & BE FAIR!!! Save the drama for your mama cuz we don’t want it... Okurrrr 👏🏼 NOW LETS SHOPPPP❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
