Happy New Year! How about some immunity-boosting dishes? Raspberries and blackberries, together with some almonds, are a great too choice to brighten up your day and body. Add a little Greek yogurt, and voilá! ready is your afternoon mood booster.
* raspberries: high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacity, vitamin C, vitamin B.
* blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries: high antioxidant capacities thanks to their anthocyanins and polyphenols.
* almonds: high levels of vitamin E.

This morning, I decided to treat myself with the sun so beautifully shining into the room. I made a quick spinach & cheese omelet, took my coffee, and sat by the window. I snapped a photo to say 'hi' to my love Oliver, who liked the photo, and that's why I give it a go here. Happy 😘

In my case low carb and calorie shirataki noodles and lots of parmigiano. That is one favorite fall recipe!

The surprise effect and the very careful selection of fresh, organically grown produce is what makes me love the Hepworth Farms boxes so much. This one is especially nice with some of my ultimate favs like: cauliflower, tomatoes and lettuce (both are so full of flavors!), rosemary (my fav herb), Swiss chard, kale, and Oliver Bouchard's favorites like carrots and peppers. Not to forget the always inspiring and super lovely letter the veggies & co. come with :D

Good morning! A day for me starts beautifully with a little fresh spinach, mushroom, tomato and one egg omelette, fried in a teaspoon of olive oil. Add a dollop of sour cream and I’m really happy. 😎 🥬🍄🍅🥚
