The Smith Logging Legacy
I had the pleasure of creating this short film on the "Smith Logging Legacy." My great grandfather Paul B. Smith started this tradition over 65 years ago and he passed it on to his sons and then they passed it on to their children. Learning more about my family history from stories and photos was an awesome experience!
A big thanks to my Uncle Lance and Uncle Curtis for giving me the opportunity to interview them! Their passion for the industry and commentary throughout the film is greatly appreciated!
This project challenged me to grow in my own filming and editing!
I am very proud of the final edit and I can confidently say this is my best film to date! I hope you enjoy it and can learn something new about the ever changing logging industry!
