And most importantly, no one should be ashamed of their diagnosis. You not NOT your illness. isn’t an easy thing to live with, but with the right mindset and healthy lifestyle choices, you too can live your best life! Moreover, I’m forever grateful to share a connection with so many great people, and the thought alone of making one less person feel not so alone brings joy to my heart.
