Please excuse my social media mishaps but I’m gonna be switching back to Next Spin Records in two months. I want to focus on promotion for up & coming artists on this page, maybe share some of my stuff but mostly others. For now we’re gonna be operating under the name Barely Focused.

That same year their iconic “Rapper’s Delight” became Rap music’s first ever top 40 hit. A lot of people confuse Hip Hop and Rap btw but if you get the chance look up KRS One discussing it in an interview, it helped me understand it better too. Nowadays anything can be considered Rap, even the stuff I make lol
