Edit: I feel like I need to add that he really is the sweetest little boy! Heโs so smart and constantly cracks me up. I wouldnโt change a thing (okay, maybe the night meows ๐).
Edit 2: Yes, avocados are technically poisonous but the toxin is mostly present in the leaves, skin and pit. Still, he only gets very tiny amounts once in a while. I promise, heโs fine. Thank you for caring.
Hi all ๐๐ป Iโm new to the group and I present you with a new as***le: Ninja. ๐โโฌ
When he was two, between an illness and a knee surgery, he cost me $10,000 in 6 months.
He is a sneaky, sneaky food thief. Nothing is safe around him, even if he doesnโt like it heโll get into it just because I said no. When I tell him not to jump on the counter I get a big โMEOOOWโ ๐ฉ (translation โbut moooom!โ) His faves are avocado and nutritional yeast. Never mind that he eats expensive prescription food with added probiotics which he loves. I have to keep my blender on top of his automatic feeder because if I donโt, he knocks it over which pops the lid off and gorging ensues. The last incident resulted in him projectile vomiting all over his cat tree.
He HAS to cuddle on my lap every night before bedโฆbut on his terms. So if I get tired and go to bed before cuddles he cries and cries at my door. He also cries at my door after his breakfast (I thought Iโd avoid this with the automatic feeder but no ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ). He cries at my door when he decides itโs time for me to get up. He doesnโt want me for food or cuddles or anything. I just need to be up.
I have tried letting him sleep with me but heโs an absolute menace. Walking all over my face and hair, off and on the bed and furniture, meowing just for fun. I canโt do it, guys.
Aaand just for some fun added guilt: he likes to sit on my jewelry box and stare at me when I get ready for work.
My cat is an as***le and I couldnโt possibly love him more. ๐ค
