Back Then. was the seven year host of the Troubadour Show on Frederick Cable Television, on-stage or strolling with small groups at street fairs, John delights children of all ages with his storytelling and favorite children's songs, done in his own very personal style. Dressed in authentic period-costumes, the Old World Troubadour's presentations are both educational and entertaining! Perennial strolling and stage performers at restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, taverns, street festivals, and about any place people gather for entertainment, Old World Troubadour shows are more than singing and playing - they are entertainment in the true historical troubadour style. Over the past ten years father and son have teamed up to create this unique company. The goals are to entertain, educate, and assist performers in honing their craft. Working at all levels of production, we strive to build a community of performers that will not only assist one another, but help to strengthen the community through direct action through helping food banks, raising funds for charity, and helping those in need around the winter holidays.
