This is a random photo dump of screenshots from my phone over the last week or so as I try to get back into making art. 🖼️ and I are working on some cool ideas and will be presenting some black and white ski photography and post modern mixed media. More to come. In the meantime, stay inspired.

Art show and one year anniversary party tonight at ! Our very own has some amazing art 🖼️ and prints, as well as .walker and others. Come celebrate. They are in the same building as off of 7th and Peach. Cheers! 🍻 and congrats to making it through their first year. 🌲

We are looking to rent out our podcast space for anyone who needs it. $75 per hour with all equipment part of the package to use. DM if interested.
We also are looking for an office mate to share the desk space for $275 per month. The space will be yours most days during the winter as we will most likely be skiing/shredding in the mornings. Not usually back until 1pm everyday.

Tonight is the night! Doors open at 6 for a little pre-game action in the Emerson ballroom with a DJ and local sponsor booths and beer from . 10 teams, 10 films and another bonus film by the at the end of the night. Films start at 7:30.

We are also giving away a ski pass, skis from J Skis, outerwear from TREW and we’ll even have some Avy dogs to pet in the ballroom. Thanks for making this happen and to all of the local sponsors…see you tonight! Tickets in bio.

This Friday, NOV 8th. The TREW to YOU film tour. 10 teams, 10 short films. One $15,000 prize 🏆 hopefully going to our local and hilarious ski crew - the Montana Bandits.

Tickets are only $12 and available in person if you wanna save a few bucks. Come to the Bomb Snow office at 410 N. Broadway in Bozeman. Save yourself the $3 Eventbrite fee, and buy some for your friends. Let it snow!
TREW To You is a film contest that showcases the creativity and spirit of local snowboarding and skiing communities. Ten teams from diverse regions were chosen to create films highlighting their unique snow culture and compete for a grand prize of $15,000. The winners are determined by audience votes at each screening, making every stop on the tour an opportunity to connect and celebrate.

Introducing the Montana Bandits—a crew inspired by the raw energy and core style of ski films from the 90s and 2000s. Their mission is simple: to remind the ski community what the sport is really about—laughing until it hurts, sharing unforgettable moments with friends, and making the most of every day in the mountains. For three years running, they’ve brought a blend of comedy, mischief, extreme skiing, and smooth cinematography to their films, capturing the true essence of skiing.

“Bozeman’s community is rooted in adventure and creativity, making it the perfect place to wrap up our TREW To You tour,” said Jess Joyner, TREW’s Community Manager. “We’re thrilled to host our final screening at the Emerson Theatre and share these incredible films with the people who live and breathe the mountain lifestyle.”

Does anyone know where we can get more of these old school bins for magazines? We are looking for and .poser so we can distribute more mags in and around Montana. Thanks in advance. We heard from the Chronicle here in Bozeman that the or may have some older newspaper coin operated ones laying around. We’d love to be able to up cycle those if possible?

Happy Thursday people of Bomb Snow. Today, we’re giving a shout-out to Hayden Fonnesbeck, a Bozeman-based photo guru who snapped this incredible shot featured in our recent Art Annual.

Hayden Fonnesbeck grew up in Boise, Idaho, where his passion for capturing moments was ignited. He is currently a senior at Montana State University, studying Photography and Marketing. Specializing in action, analog, and outdoor photography, Hayden has used his time in Bozeman to focus on his work and develop as an artist, exploring all aspects of the craft.

She is a professional skier in the winter chasing deep snow and a professional boat captain in the summer chasing salmon in Alaska. Born and raised in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho, Peterson grew up racing on the Sun Valley Ski Team, and eventually raced for UC Boulder on the USCSA team. After being introduced to big mountain skiing and the Freeskiing World Tour a year after collegiate racing, McKenna said goodbye to her skinny skis and started competing in Big Mountain competitions. Since starting on the World Tour, McKenna has been in several Warren Miller films, MSP films and other independent off-shoots. She is still focused on competing, but mostly with herself and has found solace in not taking her job too seriously.
