when im dealing with two conditions everyday ruining my life. PMDD and anemia sucks! I’m gone keep FIGHTING but this is painful fr!

to inform y’all about what each condition does here it is.

PMDD is considered a mental health disorder & also a health problem, 30% of women who have it are likely to take their lives because of how painful it is and what comes with it.

It also makes you rage and feel like you can’t control yourself when you are mad at times, sometimes it’s hard to feel confident in our bodies because we gain a lot of weight, usually at the lower half of our bodies.

It also gives you the worst joint and muscle pain, lack of interest in daily activities. low energy and constant deadly headaches .

ANEMIA does the same as well, making your oxygen levels low and not able to breathe after strenuous exercise or daily activities, I lost my mom to her battle of sickle cell anemia when i was only 16 and she was 48.

please please help me spread the word.
