We’d love to get this thing lower but this is much lower than it was before the .4wd 3-link. Once we fine tune some things in the front and rear we should be able to drop it another inch or so.

2025 Goal - Burnouts in the YJ lol. We will definitely get this thing finished up in 2025. and I have been knocking some stuff out off camera (YouTube) to make as much progress as possible. Happy New Year🤟🏼

That’s about all she’s got… lol. By no means will this thing ever be a crawler but this is acceptable enough for a daily driver. This thing needs bumpers! I’d love to make some for it because it’d be fun but also because nothing is sub $1,000 for these. There are a few DIY welder kits that I’d be interested in.

What should we do with this thing? I’d love to build a dedicated crawler out of it but I think a “street car” style build would be really fun. Corvette front suspension, coilovers, fuel injection, etc. this would primarily be a project for me to work on in TN while we have the YJ being built in MD. I get bored not having something to wrench on😂

Oooohhhh these Touring Wheels in OE Silver are SWEET!! I think this is a perfect OEM+ wheel for the LX470. I’m waiting on my .tires A/T Pros to show up and then we’ll get them mounted!

Next on the list for my TJ is this .4wd TJ stretch gas tank and skid plate. The previous version of Krute when it had the original frame, the rear diff cover just barely cleared the gas tank skid plate. After the frame swap we adjusted the suspension to center it up in the rear wheel well area which pushed the axle further back. The rear diff cover now hits the gas tank skid plate when flexing. We could adjust the links to bring it forward but I like where the suspension is and we’d have to adjust them quite a bit. I’ll be making a full YouTube video on the install process!

We love working with awesome companies! is helping us get the proper shock for the rear of the TJ. It’s not a typical TJ anymore so adjustments need to be made. Getting ready to swap the shocks to get more up travel. Krute is a little heavy in the rear…🤟🏼
