"What makes this political website different?" you ask. One reason is the sheer amount of content on my site: I'm a veteran marathoner and ultramarathoner who moved to Boulder, Colorado partly for the running scene and more for the running scenery, and I have a tendency to just keep going and going and going ...
The other reason is that I have a practical background in politics, "practical" in terms of having running for the United States Congress myself in 2008 with multiple appearances on TV and in the print media, and, as a result, having put my organization on the Colorado state voter registration form for a number of years (not an inconsiderable feat in this state; see the Wikipedia link from my personal Facebook profile for more details).
