So many great memories at the Harvest House Hotel in Boulder. We spent many a Friday afternoon there in the 70s and 80s at the party called the FAC (Friday Afternoon Club). The Boulder AAA Radio Summit was born there, and for years, we hosted some of radio’s greatest program directors with workshops with great musicians performing. I used to DJ in their nightclub. When it’s demolished, it will be the final nail in the coffin of the Boulder, Colorado we all grew up in and loved.

The historic hotel will soon be replaced with new student housing.

R.I.P. Robbie Robertson on The Band. He died today at the age of 80 after a prolonged illness. Here he is with Dennis Constantine in 1988
