I’ve been wanting to do a project like this for a long time, and finally got around to it! I needed a couple names to get started, so why not my own and my girlfriends! I think they look great and I’m excited to see where this goes especially experimenting with some company names. I’ve got a couple going but if anyone’s got a suggestion or a request (especially if you are that company 😜) let me know!

Another old drawing made new. I’m not crazy about this one, and wasn’t from the beginning. The Hooey I drew in college just had a weird shape that wasn’t really speaking to me. Sometimes though you need to work with pieces you’re not crazy about because you never know what they’ll turn into!

I’ve gone through my gallery and looked at what colors I’m using the least of, and trying to use those more often, to give more of a balance to my work as a whole. Brown was definitely one of the least used colors. Surprisingly red was also one of those so expect more red pieces in the future!

So I found a bunch of drawings that I did when I was maybe a freshman or sophomore in college (scroll over to see the original) and came up with the brilliant idea of redoing them now as a professional artist! is this something other people have done and if so, I would love to see the results. I think this is gonna be a really fun project!
