Our Story
Are you a powerful (mature) woman who has already found herself in a significant deep slump earlier in mid-life? Now, because of life circumstances, change of workplace desires to start your own business, or just the state of the world the last couple of years --- find you right back in a U curve trying to find your way up from another slump!!! WTF.
My personal experience & that of other women I’ve worked and played with is that no one tells you about this “dirty little secret” of our era -- that a midlife slump can happen more than once! We’d all like a magic pill to make it end the moment we realize that we’re there but like anything we want to last not doing it alone is the only “fast track” to getting faced forward and out of our own path towards a new trajectory. Who budgets for a coach to help us through this -- no one! Heck, we probably only had the lightbulb go off that this feeling of powerlessness, fatigue, lonely relationships, self-criticism, and too many days of either not wanting to GIVE anymore Fu*k*ng time, talent or energy to anyone else again.
If you are working the career stage you are living feels stale and lifeless as the routine that the couple in “Forever” (show on Netflix) was living. Some days feel like the manic that Moira on Schitt's Creek was displaying on 4 days of no sleep upon return from her Bosnia filming in Season 5. The number of days you feel like hope has left the building and one of the toughest things on your “TO DO / DONE LIST” is like the Journey song “Don’t stop believin’” from our own memories or the oldies station.
Let’s keep believing in our own resilience and the power of the feminine power collective to achieve more and faster while doing it with others. We can do it together and I’m here to be your guide and ask those tough questions your inner critic and monkey talk brain won’t let through. It’s tough to crack through the protection your subconscious and ego puts up to protect you from harm. After all many of our ancestral women never talked about this not so little ripple in our lives.
