Very interesting Mike metzer training does work ,when I was training for a show I like high reps but there is a place for both in my opinion.

Andreas munzer a pro ifbb bodybuilder was known for his extreme condition to his skin looking like paper as he flexed you could see straiations and etched dense hard muscle, he looked like an anatomy chart.His pro debut was in 89 wear he placed 13th unfortunately, as many know he passed in 96 ,and there is plenty of info how and why with his health . A great athlete and another committed pro bodybuilder who passed to soon!

This man inspired so many to get your ass in the gym and train through anything! My first video I seen that got me training harder was from branch ,a 2011 2012 arnold classic champ . Branch never captured the Sandow trophy his best placement was 2nd ,but he had a great career and got so many off there asses and into a gym!

One of my all time favorite ifbb pros ronnie coleman!! After giving literally everything he had in the gym this 7x Mr olympia has had numerous surgeries I can't remember all of them but barely able to walk he still has a positive attitude and neck at it in the gym! This man definitely inspired me to be positive!

Kevin levrone one of my all time favorites, his passion for the sport and how humble he's been throughout his Career. In 95 he came so close to Mr olympia with second place ,I feel he should have had one Sandow but in his Era there was legends on stage ,but he held his own against them all!
