The issue that I was having with screen tearing on my capture card has been officially resolved! After finally giving up on trying to fix a seemingly unrelated issue with coil whine from my graphics card, I moved on to working out the screen tearing that was happening streaming Kirby. I can't be 100% sure what did it, but something I did troubleshooting earlier solved it! My guess is that replacing my power supply gave my USB 3.0 ports the voltage they needed to perform properly. What a fascinating and lucky turn of events!

We're getting back into things after a bit of a break. I'm planning to do a Minecraft stream later, but I thought I'd start out the day with a bit of Valheim and chill. My plan is to get mead brewing up and maybe find a swamp so that I can work my way towards iron.

They fixed so many things, I'm excited to crack into the game again. I will probably be playing on my own, but if you want to see more Elden Ring content I'd be happy to bring more to the channel. My plan is to do Ranni's quest line next.
