I was truly privileged and blessed to have so many decent professional customers - mostly owners of small businesses.

In the beginning most CCTV suppliers were depending on telemarketing for sales. I felt good service, quality products, and honest information would grow my business best. Almost from the start I used the Panasonic 1414 camera. This was long before CCTV Chip Cameras. Those would become economical in about ten years. Long before digital recorders we had to use VHS recorders. Many customers settled for the consumer brands, but when ever possible I sold the GYYR time-lapse recorders....truly the best on the market. Soon after this the quad splitters became economical. These let me show and record four cameras simultaneously.

In those very early days, my sales were made by my going door to door into businesses, telling the owners what I did. I found some really fine business people and in addition to a sale they would also give me solid referals to other very fine business owners.
