The show is busy, produce is flowing and ideas are being exchanged!

Executive Chef Jessica Pamonicutt, of Ketapanen Kitchen, Chicago, IL, was our first featured chef at the trade show. Jessica says 90% of the menu at her restaurant is plant/produce based. Ketapanen Kitchen is the only indigenous catering company in Chicago.
