Generally speaking, people today have been brainwashed into thinking in limited terms regarding their goals, potentials, and desires.
The mind accepts that it has been trained to do only one kind of work, and if it fails, poverty will result.

In addition, people are thinking in limited terms about what type of person they can attract into their lives.

But none of the above is true!

I am a living example of the opposite. Whoever knows me and my story can see that there is nothing that could stop me from experimenting with my talents and aspirations, with love, or with where I live.

I believe in my core that you can do, be and have whatever you desire.

I don't easily accept shoulds and the norm.
I like to experience it myself and make decisions.

And that is part of my work with my clients: to open their minds and horizons to all the possibilities, to lift the veil and make them experience their own truth that they didn't even know existed.

Today, my client Sue told me, " I am always scared and never take a leap of faith. But yesterday I did it! And felt sweet and scary, but then I knew I was at home."

I had chills 🤩. Doing what I do is the most fulfilling thing and worth all my efforts.

Speaking to women and creating environments where they can feel safe to dear and have the audacity to be themselves is my happy place 💃

When a woman starts a business, that business is an extension of herself.

She wants her business to reflect who she is, her lifestyle, the money she wants to make, and the service she wants to offer to the world.

But women have unconscious biases running the show. Years and years of conditioning are stored in their bodies and minds and dictate their actions.

The masculine way is to work hard.
The feminine way is to get yourself out of the way.

That means understanding, pointing out, and eliminating all that is not you—the real you.

No matter how hard you work or how much you want a great relationship or money ,if your emotional and mental state is not in control by YOU, by default you will always slip back to the one you always knew.

Everything is a relationship. How you do one thing you do everything.

A long time ago, my mentor told me something I couldn’t understand at the time.

I was in a relationship that was taking a lot out of me and also I was not doing well financially. All these took a toll on me, and I was in fear because I was raising my three sons by myself.
And my mentor told me” Anastasia as long you are in this relationship your financials will not change or will go worst.”
I didn’t want to hear this, and I was a bit upset at the moment.

Time passed, and I got out of the relationship.
I realized that my whole life shifted, not only my financial status.

I was wondering how this happened. And I realized that what happened was ME!

I built up myself, realized why I do what I do, what my drives are, and finally what is My decision for my future.

That is the power. The real power is YOU.

P.S I was getting so pi**ed when someone said that to me in the past 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t use vision boards.
I don’t set goals .
I don’t say affirmations.

I manifest whatever I want though!

I often say “there is nothing I put in my mind and I don’t manifest it. If I didn’t manifest it yet is because is not in my mind”

And then I thought that this is not totally true.

I notice the patterns and my manifestations are not coming entirely from my mind.

But from body also!
When I evolve the body things are happening fast!

I manifested my winning of the Green Card Lottery!
That was huge for my life and my family!

I don't do the things that everybody is saying I need to do in order to manifest.
But I AM all the things I need to be for my manifestations.

And when I feel I am not, I recalibrate myself to the exact thing.

Because my mantra is I AM THE ONE!

There is a deep significance to this mantra that helped me to change my life.

When I learned how to use it not only did I start manifesting easily and effortlessly but I changed.

My view of the world changed! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

You cannot sit around and wait to feel loved or abundant.

The universe is sitting around waiting for you to decide and act upon your decision. 🌌

Intention → Action is the path.

But what kind of intention and what type of action?

🥂🥂🥂 Let's finish the Year in a Powerful way! 🍾 🥂🥂 🥂

It was a challenging year for many people, including me, but the promise and hope for change are always here.

It always starts with each one of us.

What we can do is so fascinating to me! 💪

What kind of Powers do we possess, and how do we screw up our lives with the same power that we could make extraordinary things.

I know all of these by studying and coaching for more than 20 years, but mostly, I know it in my core from my own experience. 😉

Oh boy, have I been the master of disaster! 🙄

I knew I wanted another kind of life and results, but I was always doing quite the opposite!

Why? Conditioning and fear! But the main problem here is IGNORANCE.
The fact that we are unaware is costing us every dream.

I see the despair and the frustration. I know the fear that there is no hope. That tomorrow is going to be the same as today and yesterday. I see you.

I have a Promise as a woman.💃

🌎 Women's Promise promises global healing, shifting, and innovating the world we live in and our personal lives.

Women can shift economies, lead innovation, and restore Love on Earth. 💪

The next revolution is about responsibility and accountability. to ourselves and our communities.

Responsibility begins with honoring who we are and bringing what we have been called to bring.

We need to educate ourselves and look deep into our stories.

We need to reinvent ourselves by reintroducing rituals, art, human connection, opening the box, learning the data, loving the strategy, touching the mystical, coming into our bodies, and not asking permission to be leaders.

🛑 Unpopular post that you will not like it!

For so many years we learnt to NOT be feminine.
Except when is needed to manipulate men.

We are operating in this world as a hostile environment & we become chameleons on such a scale that we forgot who we are.

We became masculine to protect ourselves and be equal to men when we have so many gifts and we are so powerful!

We forgot who we are as women our roles our strengths and our power.

And we live in the not-enoughness world of ours.
Because we think that we have to look like a man to succeed and have what we want.

And then when this is not working well we use our feminine part to manipulate with s*x or the little helpless me that I need a strong man like you to take care of me and other ways.

You know what I am talking about.

But then we live in fear and self-rejection, constant turbulence inside us & we lose ourselves.

We don't need to be masculine to succeed!!
We don't need to manipulate to have what we want!

Let's change the narrative and the way that women exist in this world!

The Internal voice which always tells us to behave one way or another is not only because of past events but also because of future aspirations and the way we see ourselves.
When we don't have a realistic and positive outlook of ourselves, and we don't know who we are and what we want then we are weaker and more willing to accept what the world is saying about who we are.
The world always has an opinion about us and who we should be.
You always have to ask yourself who you are.
What you value in life. Don't pretend just to fit.
Only when you will know who you are then you impose your will on your life instead of letting other people tell you what to do and who you are.

Mastery in Life & Business is the way to finally be and do what you want.

Procrastination deters you from waking up to pursue your goals and ambitions aggressively. Humans tend to regret more about the things they have not done as opposed to those they have done. Feelings of guilt and regret tend to haunt people who fail to seize the opportunities that life has bestowed upon them.
