🚧 The following roads will be closed for chip seal: Milwaukee Rd between Ridge Hwy and County Line. Then moving to: Ford Hwy between M-50 and Clinton Macon Rd

🚧 Yankee Rd between Rodesiler Hwy and S County Line Hwy will be closed for culvert replacement.

🚧 Bryant Rd between Elliott Hwy and Seneca Hwy will be down to one lane for hot patching.

A prolonged period of heat and humidity will continue through the week. Excessive Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories are in effect. Peak heat indices of 95F to 100F are possible each afternoon. The anticipated level of long-duration extreme heat with little to no overnight relief (lows above 70F) will affect individuals without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.

Surprise!! This week is STRAWBERRY week!! Just like last year, we’re going to host a strawberry shortcake day this Thursday. We’re using the freshest, locally grown strawberries, making yummy biscuits from scratch, and then topping with either fresher whipped cream or ice cream! Only $6 ($8 if you’d like ice cream) per serving, and it’s a whole meal in it self. We will be serving up strawberry shortcake from 2pm-6pm (extended hours just for strawberry fest). Come see us Thursday!! 🍓🍓🍓
