Sometimes making something sound as awesome as possible is just a ton of work.

So much work.

1233 edits on this drum track’s timing to make sure it stayed tight, still grooves, and sets up the band to track the rest of a seriously awesome song.

Get at me if you want to work with someone who will do whatever it takes to make your recorded music sound amazing!

A fresh batch of experiments begins.

My master custom maple has made it on to a bunch of records. It’s funny how we can continually hear it fresh with different recording approaches and tunings.

I’m grateful for artists who still demand real drums and real performances. Programmed drums are cool for the right projects, too, but performed acoustic drums are awesome.
