What a beautiful day to be alive and be blessed to open our eyes and see. Full tank of gas at a great price and a full spirit from various words from God in yesterday from New Life Birmingham and New Creation Christian Fellowship. I recently had some Popeye's Chicken from here and I think about how good it is but it's not better than it's original company in New Orleans. Why digging deep to discover what was the issue was when I found the time of food prep which is longer in New Orleans than it is here. Your food can marinate in herbs and spices it can absorb and soak up to deliver a rich outstanding flavor to your food. Let's implement this to life. Although what we go through may look like it's a downtime and we are at our pure and rawest stages in our life our Father and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is behind the scenes mixing up all the herbs and spices to season us for an experience to others that will lead us to him. The Popeye's Chicken line here is packed on Sundays, but the Popeye's line in New Orleans is out the door and around the corner 24/7? # Praying for authenticity with Jesus Christ to be a vessel for Him 24/7 and not just one day a week. # Matt 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth. # Throwback Thursday gear fubu. # GMIG.

Before going to bed on last night I began to think about something that I used to do in my childhood. Every now and then I will get a bad piece of fruit in the bag such as an apple or maybe a bad strawberry in the basket. I think about how when we would get those my dad would take his knife out his pocket and cut out the bad part and eat the rest of the Apple before the bad part got to it. Also with the strawberries if we had a bad one in there the longer it set with the good strawberries the quicker it would tarnish the rest of the basket. What is the implementation of this? Glad that you asked let's dig? Sometimes if there's a bad section or bad people in our lives that are toxicating us if we catch it in time we can get rid of the bad part or the problem and save the good part or if one thing or person is completely going to mess up the whole group if it stays a part of it? # If certain things or people are harmful we must learn to be able to isolated or remove it or them where they can infect people.

As we are currently in the season of fall, I was standing in the backyard looking at some trees when God dropped a word in my spirit. I begin that all the leaves were beginning to come off of the tree and fall onto the ground knowing that next year around spring time that new leaves will bloom. Why did I give this example? Glad that you asked. If we are really growing in Christ there are some things or people that we will have to shed in order to go to the next level. Some people are in your life for a reason or a season sometimes. Puts me in the mind of running a race, where along the run people give you water to finish the race. # we have to stay true to God's purpose for our lives. Because he wants to make us bloom in the spring with new leaves but we can't if we constantly have all of the old leaves on our branch that are not alive. # Don't be afraid to read the next chapter

As we draw closer to our final destination in life, (while hopefully absorbing wisdom along the way), we slowly begin to become aware that wearing a $100,000 or a $80.00 watch - - both tell the same time. Whether we carry a $1,100 or an $11.00 wallet/handbag - - the amount of money inside is the same. Whether we drink a bottle of $1.5m or $10 wine - - the hangover is the same. Whether the house we live in is $2.4m or $79,000 in price . - - loneliness is the same. We will then understand that our true inner happiness does not come from the material things of this world. Therefore, hopefully we'll realize that when we have mates, buddies and old friends, brothers and sisters, whom we may converse with, laugh with, talk with, have sung songs with, talk about north-south-east-west or heaven and earth - - That is true happiness!! # No matter how much we acquire in this land amongst the living we still own nothing. God lends us things and people for an amount of time. # Whether great or small be thankful. # Enjoy and appreciate your blessings. # Keep it in perspective. Happy Thursday!!
