Hello friends,
All spring I've thought "This week I'll be able to get some cooking done!" and then... life happens. I have three 90+ year old ladies in my life, my mom, my step mom (who lives in Las Vegas) and my mom in law. I'm responsible for my mom and step mom, and a back up for my mom in law. I just needed to admit that this time in my life isn't very predictable, and I'm definitely not in control! I'm not planning on selling my truck, so hopefully I'll be back😊 And I plan on posting some fun stuff, so stay tuned! Thank you all for your business and friendship! Blessings to all ❤️

Happy March everyone! My Mom has had some health issues since last spring but is doing much better now 😊 She’ll be 90 on the 28th!
As soon as the weather gets warm enough to keep the pipes in my truck thawed I’ll be cooking again! Hopefully we’re looking an “In like a lion, out like a lamb” situation. Blessings to all!

Good morning everyone! I'll have my truck out today from about 12:30 till about 6pm or until I run out of meals. I'll be at my usual location on the corner of Broadwater and 24th.

Hi everybody! Good news!!! I got lots of meals prepped this week! Bad news, my Mom broke her leg and will have surgery Monday. 😑 When it rains, it pours apparently. I sincerely hope that I can get my truck out for you the week of the 22nd. Stay tuned ❤️

HELLLOOOO friends!!! The best laid plans... were to have my truck out this week... alas, my step mom broke her hip and I'm in Las Vegas managing her care. I am planning on having my truck out a couple of days next week... then back to a "regular...ish" schedule starting the week of May 23rd. Stay tuned for days, hours and menu selections!!!
