The numbers don't tell the whole story, and are often quite meaningless which can lead to focusing more on the metrics and less on the meaning of the podcast.

✅ Non-negotiable consistency: Release episodes regularly on a predictable schedule to keep audience engaged and coming back for more.

Why would you want to be anyone else?
When we follow all the “big” podcasts, we look at them as the mavericks. They aren’t trying to be something they are not.
