Thank you for raising me into the man that I am, ma. I know we had our struggles at times, but I always knew you were doing the best you could. You were an overwhelmed single mother with no support, raising 3 HARD-HEADED kids, and if I say so myself, you did a damn good job. I’m grateful for the sacrifices you made in your life to help us be the best men we could be. I’m grateful for the lessons you taught us throughout our lives, they helped shape my morals, and the man I am today. I’m grateful for the hardships and challenges you overcame throughout your life, for they taught me what it means to be resilient. Most of all, I’m grateful for you. Thank you for being my mother. On November 22nd, the world lost a beautiful angel who always saw the best in others, and always encouraged them to be their best selves.
