Wilford Eugene Morton was born in Bentree, West Virginia. He was married to Opal Mae Legg (Morton). He had four daughters Anna, Wanda, Judith, and Reba. He

was last seen leaving Indore, West Virginia in February 1954 to (we suspect) catch a bus to South Bend, Indiana where he hauled Studebaker's from south bend to the Carolinas by truck. He was never seen or heard from again.
