Drea Gibson ran a 21:41.81 for UMHB women's cross country this morning in Georgetown, crossing the line as The Cru's top finisher.

After leading Westlake to a 6A state championship in 2019, and spending 3 years at Illinois, Kirkland Michaux is back in Central Texas at UMHB.

One of the fastest-growing sports in the country, UMHB announced today that women's flag football will be added as a varsity sport, set to begin play in 2026-27.

Brilliant move by UMHB and the rest of the ASC.

Mary Hardin-Baylor announced flag football will be its 17th varsity sport on Friday, as the sport gains national attention at the college level.

UMHB men's basketball alum Eli Beard will play his final season of college basketball at Division I Drexel.

What an accomplishment for a Crusader who scored over 1,000 points in 2 seasons and left his mark on the program as a leader.

An All-Region contributor at UMHB, 5'11 guard Eli Beard is transferring to Division I Drexel for his final year of college basketball.

NEWS: UMHB men's basketball will play at the D3hoops.com Classic in Las Vegas this coming season, per an announcement from D3hoops this morning.

UMHB is set to face Redlands, who appeared in the Elite Eight this past year, and Ohio Northern at the classic.

The Cru will head west for the 15th annual D3hoops.com Classic, where they are set to face Redlands and Ohio Northern at South Point Arena.

Want to say thank you to the graduating players from UMHB Softball for all that they contributed to the program over the last several years. Special group that includes a few members of the 2023 NCAA Regional Final team and players who have helped the program remain a conference title contender year in and year out. They certainly battled today in a tough environment.

This ended up being the game's most crucial call. LETU's Maddi Smith called safe due to obstruction on a play at the plate in the 7th, tying the score. LETU then scored again, and won 2-1.

Struggling to understand how this is blocking the plate/obstruction. UMHB's Tori Skinner clearly had possession of the ball before Smith reached her. Hard to watch, considering the ramifications in an elimination game setting.
