Thanks to everyone for the flood of happy birthday wishes. It's a big year for me since I am now 47 years old, and 47 is my lucky number. It is a number that has mysteriously followed me in many respects for the decades since I picked it out of a Stephen King Book called "The Long Walk" that was actually written when King was a high school student and then published years later under a pen name he used: Richard Bachman. I could write a book about all the times the number 47 randomly found me and appeared in crucial situations in my life. Someday I'd like to get the chance to ask Mr. King in person about choosing that number to play such an important role in that book. As far as the role 47 will play this year in my life, I anticipate some amazing developments in my own creative career. There are a few books of my own in the pipeline that will cover a wide spectrum of my unique life experiences. From overcoming a $25 million lawsuit against me designed to silence my first major foray into investigative reporting to growing up watching my father struggle with his own actual criminal investigations into notorious FBI Informant and Irish mobster James "Wh**ey" Bulger, there is so much to unpack. It's time to really accelerate the book plans this year. I truly appreciate all the support and well wishes as I attempt to age gracefully and catapult my career to the next level. Stay tuned for new developments in a year I hope is filled with huge goal achievements and the ultimate triumph that comes with exposing huge scandals in my investigative reporting endeavors.
