We are attempting to locate 54 year old Vickie Blankenship. She walked away from her group home, located in the 2300 block of Cousins Street in Beaumont, on Sunday August 18, 2024 at approximately 3:30 in the afternoon. Vickie was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, gray shorts and green Crocs. She is described as a white female, 5'2" 240lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. She is in need of medication and may be confused. Attached is a driver license photo of Vickie, taken in 2019.

WATCH: Following an evidentiary search that began on June 10 at the home of Terry Rose, at the 1600 block of Lindbergh, Beaumont Police Department Department, with assistance from FBI Houston’s Evidence Response Team, Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, ATF, Texas Equusearch, and City of Beaumont Public Works, discovered human remains believed to belong to Kimberly Langwell, who has been missing since 1999. Rose was arrested and charged with Langwell’s murder just after 6:00 p.m. Thursday, June 13, and according to BPD, there are no other arrests expected at this time with regard to this case. According to Supervisory Special Agent Nicole Sinegar, who heads the Beaumont FBI Office, the agency asks for patience as they do their due diligence to properly identify the remains.
