We're excited to invite you to a special event that means a lot to us at The Craft Lounge – Hopz for Heroes, A Wounded Warrior Project Fundraising Event, happening on Saturday, March 23rd, from 3 PM to 11 PM.

This day is not just about great beer and company; it’s a powerful gathering to honor and support our heroes, in partnership with the dedicated Elks Riders 1839.

What’s Happening?

Live Music & DJ Sets: Jam out to live performances and DJ sets that will keep the energy up all day and night.

Egg Hunt: Dive into our fun-filled Easter egg hunt, with surprises for kids and adults alike.

Did you know about this project?

The public is encouraged to participate in a scoping meeting regarding the proposed Legacy Highlands project.

The Legacy Highlands project encompasses 1,414.80 acres, located south of the SR-60 Freeway and east of Potrero Boulevard in the southwestern portion of the City of Beaumont. The proposed Project includes the development of the following uses within 2 phases of development:

Phase 1:
* 3,580,200 square feet of high-cube transload/short-term storage warehouse use:
* 397,800 square feet of high-cube cold storage warehouse use; and
* 143,000 square feet of shopping center use.

Phase 2:
* 14,625,000 square feet of high-cube transload/short-term storage warehouse use; and
* 1,625,000 square feet of high-cube cold storage warehouse use.

The proposed Project would also include various on-site and off-site improvements including roadway improvements, utility connections, and rights-of-way to support the Project.

The meeting is intended to gather feedback from public agencies and residents on issues that should be considered in the EIR.

A Scoping Meeting is the first step in the process of evaluating a project requiring an EIR and is statutory of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This process allows the City to gather feedback from other public agencies and the community regarding the proposed project. The project has not been approved by the City of Beaumont, nor does the City of Beaumont provide any opinion at this time. This meeting is the initial step in the evaluation process for potential development.
