I'm thrilled to announce that I'm shifting my content to focus more on mental health coping skills for children and parents. I've spent the past 4 years working as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) with children, and I'm passionate about helping families navigate the challenges of life.

To support my mission of providing free mental health life coaching for children in need, I'll also be offering sea moss and budgeting worksheets on Etsy. Your purchases will directly contribute to making mental health care accessible to all.
