Being intentionally present in our daily lives can be so difficult. Masking emotional turmoil with distractions & busyness is the modus operandi for a lot of us.
I challenge you to live with soulful intention & allow yourself to experience your feelings this fine Sunday, and every day.

Hey All,

Iā€™ve been thrusting all of my energy into a ton of projects; trying to find the perfect fit. Writing, creating, reading tarot, and studying my ass off.

Busying to avoid feeling.

So, hereā€™s a dose of transparencyā€¦ I have not been well. I have always struggled with balance, moderation, and emotional disregulation. After this last deluge into my own illness Iā€™ve been meditating on how I personally get back to good.

Iā€™ve told other peopleā€™s stories and shared in their joys and sorrows. Championed their growth and lent an empathetic ear. At this time I would love to resume Brain Pick.

If being involved would be of interest to you please reach out so that I may send the appropriate releases.

As always,
Be Well. Be Brave.

the Brain Pick Story

My late brother and I set out to create a series of podcasts on a variety of subjects, one being mental illness.

Our mission for Brain Pick is two fold. To create content that is meaningful, destigmatizing, and healing for those in recovery from mental illness. And to provide laymanā€™s education to those who are able to provide support on a variety of metal health topics.

Please follow our page for the newest content and support of a community of people who understand.

If you or a loved one is struggling with suicidal thoughts please reach out to the National Su***de Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 . You are not alone, there is always help, there is always HOPE.
