A few years ago, a couple of ladies from Kansas State University reached out to me about editing a documentary about prescribed burning in the Flint Hills. The interviews and some of the b-roll had already been filmed, they just needed me to help tell their story through editing and writing. I happily took on the project! Before we wrapped it up, we decided it was missing a few video clips of the beautiful flint hills, so I travled to Kansas last spring, with Dottie in the belly, to film the remaining shots. It premired a few weeks ago on thier local PBS channel, and I forgot to share it with you! I'm grateful for the opproutnity and the people I met while making this video. I hope you enjoy!
