As new creations in Christ, none of us can do anything apart from Christ. Now that our Eternal Life is made new by Him, we can’t really expect ourselves to produce something good if it is not for Christ, in Christ, and with Christ!

Beloved, there is always a temptation to do things according to how we used to do them. Remember that being a new creation in Christ means partnering with Him in all things. Then, you can trust that whatever He has begun in your life, He will also certainly finish! Isn’t that better than striving from your own strength? Praise the Lord!

Prayer point: Heavenly Father, thank You for completing the good work You have begun in me. As I abide in Christ and Your Word, thank You, for I will produce fruit that glorifies You! Be lifted high in Jesus’ name! Amen.
