re tax. Zi Collection ships via Priority Mail for $8 flat rate and is not eligible for Free shipping. Pre-Order items will ship once received on next shipping date. If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order items arrive. PLEASE NOTE: We have ZERO control over the speed of the US Postal Service. Once your package leaves our hands, it's beyond our control. Customers will receive tracking for all orders. Shipping is available in the United States ONLY. Store does not ship on weekends or holidays. All items will be shipped at the end of the week on Friday. My Refund policy
Returns are only accepted on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. There are times when small pieces of the jewelry may be loose (i.e. jump rings) and only need a minor adjustment. These are NOT manufacturer defects and are INELIGIBLE for return. In those cases, please email photos to [email protected] and we will communicate and find a solution. If a manufacturer defect is determined, the item will need to be returned within 5 days of delivery and will be replaced with the same item if still available, or a store credit will be issued. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE
Invoicing/Payment Policy:
Invoices are sent out every Friday and must be paid within the next 24 hrs. Cash payment is available for pick ups. If you have not paid within 24 hours via PayPal or picked up your items (cash) during the week your order was placed it will be returned to stock. No exceptions. Delivery is not available and it is the buyers responsibility to retrieve their items during the business hours posted unless shipped.
