Ordinance 14-426 Political Signs restricted. Page 49 has since been updated to match the state sign sizes and allows signs on vacant lots; however, Political Signs cannot be on public right-of-way or public property nor without the consent of the property owner.

If you see a political sign on a public right-of-way or public property or have one on your property that you did not provide consent, you may either remove it or call/lodge an online complaint with Bartlett Code Enforcement.

Contributions by Minors
A child under eighteen (18) years of age may make contributions from funds they control if the minor knowingly and voluntarily makes such contribution. A minor may not use funds provided as a gift to them for the purpose of making a contributions to make contributions to a candidate or PAC.

Contributions in the Name of Another
Contributions made in the name of another are prohibited. For example, an individual who has already contributed up to the limit for a candidate’s election may not give money to another person to make a contribution to the same candidate.
