There is a creamy almost almond like note underlying the high fruit flavors, providing depth and complexity on the finish.

This delightful wine is produced from the Sunchase Vineyard, perched high above the fog at an elevation of between 900-1,400', where the Petaluma Wind Gap collides with Sonoma Mountain just over the Napa County border. The cool ocean breezes & moderate sunshine, paired with fractured rocky clay soil consistently produces distinguished Chardonnay.

This wine is crisp and full of fruit, and is aged about 8 months in stainless steel.

Went to my local boutique market (thanks to team Arik Housley) and deli in town today for a banana. Uppn entering I saw a USA Veteran filling his cart with deli sandwich, cartons of milk, lots of large Gatorades and more. At checkout, I was behind a couple people in the line, but managed to get close enough to ask the gentleman if he would allow me to pay for his groceries. He looked shocked, smiled and accepted. I said thank you for your service 🇺🇸 and shook his hand, he smiled. I then returned to my place in line.

FYI The Veterans Home of California - Yountville and its residents are my neighbors, a huge part of the Town of Yountville. A view of our Baltimore Frances Scott Key Bridge before tragedy hit. I use to live in full view of the Domino Sugar plant sign. The bridge and port have been part of the skyline of Baltimore since 1977.

The Francis Scott Key Bridge is named for the writer behind “The Star-Spangled Banner.” The site of the bridge is believed to be within 100 yards of where Key saw the bombing of Fort McHenry Sept. 12, 1814, which inspired the poem that became the National Anthem.

A great tragedy and yet, another extraordinary hit to the economy. Thank you to everyone in the government first responders and prayers for all involved .🙏

It’s my birthday month. Lucky to be treated to a fantastic meal Bistro Don Giovanni by 2 special friends. Plus Humphrey Bogart, the Cudorable was invited on the outdoor terrace.
So yummy, warm lights and delicious food heated us. Seen: Fritos mista, pasta Bolognese, ravioli 2 ways, tiramisu, Humphrey 😊 and butter lettuce salad.

Who wants to celebrate on the 12th? Where should we meet?
