‘I had an incredible afternoon speaking to Junior and Senior students in the Ascension afterschool program at Baltimore City College.
This program focuses on introducing students to information and college and career opportunities.

I spoke to the youth about my life growing up in Baltimore as well as my experience in the social work field including the importance of developing STRONG written and verbal communication skills to be successful in this field.

I shared copies of my book Choosing to Live Royal with many of the students!

Grateful to Class of 2028 school counselor Autumn Carr Anderson for the invitation.

I LOVE the kids!’
