Last night, I left work mid-shift due to a medical emergency and ended up in the ER. I usually avoid going to the doctor and I just couldn't take it and was to the point of almost being driven there. I know a 4 AM ER visit is not going to be cheap, but I am not putting my Cash App out there and expecting you all to contribute to my medical bills.

There are even "lifestyle influencing coaches" who teach how to properly start an affair, get away with it, and even gaslight a partner. All for the small price of $78 to $98 a quarter.

This is my work life in a nutshell: twelve hours of chaos. I'm trudging up to the register at work with my usual, and, of course, they've already got my total figured out; there's no need for me to even set the stuff down. 😂🤣

At work, we are provided with a variety of energy drink flavors from different brands. Today, my go-to drink is nowhere to be found. Since I don't want a large amount of caffeine, I am having to resort to the bottom of the barrel for a slight pick-me-up.

The laws of physics do not apply to airlines.

My four-day weekend is gone, and it's back to work. My current mood: The only good thing is that I have another four-day weekend in three days.

Me when I walk into a store and see that pumpkin spice is back in season.

Darn. No shame. It could just be me, but I think nurses, cosmetologists, and restaurant workers tend to be in careers where people cheat the most. I am going to throw in police officers. As much as I support the police, I know how they can be.

Me when people warn me about burning bridges with people by not blindly following or for speaking against them: Some bridges burn brighter than others. If their path doesn't mesh with my morals, I'm happy to watch them go. If supporting someone means overlooking bad choices, I'll build a new bridge elsewhere.

I don't know what's worse: a tweaker live-streaming, expecting the audience to support them for going live, or the people who enable the behavior by giving in and sending money. It's not normal, and it's becoming even more common. A known drug abuser with a criminal history expects to be supported financially just because they can go live, and the audience hypes them up as if they are the greatest thing online. Make it make sense.

The unfortunate incident that occurred yesterday in Mission resulted in the tragic loss of a 51-year-old truck driver. An 18-wheeler veered off the road, crossed a parking lot, and collided with a vacant house that was on the market. The accident took place at 9 a.m., just an hour before a scheduled showing of the property.
