Watching/listening to Russell Brand on Sage Steele’s, “The Sage Steele Show,” and a couple things have become REALLY apparent to me:

1. Russell is no longer as dumb as he looks (and I mean that respectfully… 😳).

2. His new found faith in Christianity has changed him, his views on life, himself, and his old desire(s) to constantly try to fulfill his own selfish, carnal appetite, which our society says are ok to fulfill, even to the detriment of others, and ourselves…

3. I should probably refer back to reason number 1…

I didn’t really think Russell was “dumb” before his conversion. But now he speaks with such an understanding that is hard not acknowledge that his growing intellect in his Christian faith, has given him a new breadth of knowledge that he just couldn’t articulate before.

This statement from Russell really stuck with me…

“You can’t be MEANINGFULLY disobedient, unless you are (TRULY) obedient to something higher.”

(I’ll just leave that there…)

The “Before” and “After”…

Whenever I’m even SLIGHTLY near the north side of town, I GOTTA hit my favorite spot for Chicago Style food,

I recommend the “Italian Beef, with sweet bell peppers, and HOT giardiniera peppers, with melted mozzarella cheese, dipped in aujus sauce…” (pictured below).

So deliciously!

And don’t forget to get a Chicago style hotdog, or a Polish sausage (or sometimes both… 😳) for dinner!
