Notes on the Ramey Memo. (Probably fruitless post disclosure- but…hey..)
Have any of the memos been overlaid and given a 15-25% opacity and THEN cleaned up?
memo photo taken with a high speed graphic
4 X 5 film. Black and white
"..and the viewing of the wreck."
As "ing" is clearly shown at the end, and there is actually no C or T shown. For the entire document, his t's have been clear and easy found and pretty constant. Yet here, the common T he has is not seen. His C would most likley be the size of his O nearby, yet where people are saying there is a C, it is nowhere near the right size or shape.

wFrom an interview with J.Bond Johnson (the photographer.)
"I posed General Ramey with this debris. At that time, I was briefed on the idea that it was not a flying disk as first reported but in fact was a weather balloon that had crashed. I returned to my office. I was met by a barrage of people that were unknown to me. These were people who had come over from Dallas… In those days, any time we had… we normally bussed any prints that we were sending to the AP, we bussed them to Dallas to be transmitted on the wire photo machines. We had a receiver but not a sender in Fort Worth in those days. And no faxes."
From another interview with James Bond Johnson by Dennis Balthaser.
“Finally, another researcher seems to remember a statement you made that the paper in General Ramey’s hand was a press release that you handed to General Ramey. Can you verify that as a true statement you would have made in a previous interview? If yes, please explain.”
Johnson said, “Yes, that was an early speculation of mine that I might have handed Ramey the copy of the AP ‘flash’ my editor had given me regarding the Roswell crash craft being flown to Fort Worth. Obviously I was in error in that speculation.”
"The next serious attempt to read the message seems to have been made by the Air Force during their investigation into the Roswell crash. According to the Air Force:
Additionally, the researchers obtained from the Archives of the University of Texas – Arlington (UTA), a set of original (i.e., first-generation) prints of the photographs taken at the time by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, that depicted Ramey and Marcel with the wreckage."
I would question whether the real negatives were returned by the Air Force. I suspect a line has been altered after FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
"Disk" or "Rise"

"I really have no business being here, but I thought it would be fun to give it a go...
I was thinking, why not try and do it backwards. Try to guess the text, write it, blur it up and compare it...?"

I found that in the first sentence the words “and the viewing of the craft” and in the second “Fort Worth,Texas”.In the third I found [undecipherable] “east” and several “for” and “of” and in what looks like the sixth sentence “body”
