Meal Prep
Preparing food doesn’t have to be a daunting task. You’re just making food with some leftovers that you throw in the fridge. Simple.
If you’re overwhelmed because you see a picture ol Susie’s kitchen covered in Tupperware, don’t be. You don’t have to have 3 meals, 2 snacks, all planned for the next 7 days. Start small. A great start is to identify your most problematic meal and prep for that maybe 2-4 days in advance.
When you start to see that you’re saving time, money, and best of all your health, you may start to plan meals more often. Or if not prepped, at least an idea of what you’ll be eating that day. Humans are terrible at making decisions about food when it’s under stress, impulsive, and convenient. Plan ahead my friends.
This prep is just about as bro as it gets but it’s simple and for some works as a snack, others as a meal. I like to throw a little avocado on it as well but didn’t want to weird ya out with a sriracha avocado mush. Point being there’s a lot of variations to work with. But let’s be real, you’re putting food into containers. Keep it simple 🙏🏼
