1. NEW RELEASES Album: These are preorders and we may have multiples of each piece. We will pull the pieces as they arrive. When we pull the pieces you will get a message from us letting you know we pulled it. You will be invoiced the Saturday after they arrive **NOTE: We have no control of when the jewelry will arrive. It can take 2-3 weeks until these pieces arrive and once they do will we will invoice you for them.
2. Our albums are available for only a limited time! We pull those pieces before the albums are taken down.
3. Comment SOLD on the picture of the piece you want to claim. If you would like more than one of an item comment SOLD x3
4. Your pieces will be combined with other pieces that you may have claimed (live parties/albums) Every Saturday. Your invoice will come from Square [email protected]
5. We invoice on Saturday and payment is due by no later than Monday morning at 8:00 am. Invoices not paid by 5:00 pm (3 days after an invoice is sent ) will be cancelled. If your invoice is cancelled for nonpayment, you will no longer be able to shop with Chains and Charms by SB.
6. We ship quickly. We Ship on Monday Morning. The faster you pay, the faster your bling will arrive to you. Once we ship, you will receive tracking information via email.
7.Please keep track of your pieces-we don't know how many individual pieces you claimed until we actually invoice.
8. We ship to the address you have in our Postable and do not change your address for you. Please confirm the address is correct before you pay the invoice.
