5th Annual Support Downtown Augusta Trick or Treat on Broad Street is always fun every year! I dressed up as anime character Gojo and my daughter as Choso. We scored lots of candy from the businesses and got some interesting wrong IDs for who we dressed up as lol! Don’t miss it next year we always have a blast!

First concert in the newly renovated Bell Auditorium, Ben Folds. How was it? He is an amazing talent and it is obvious he has a deep passion for music. I knew nothing about him so I was trying something different cause that’s what TravelAugusta is all about, new discoveries! The concert was great and I am a new fan and the upgrades to the Bell created a nice experience!

HISTORY: The William Bell Auditorium completed in 1940 through a bond issue by the City of Augusta, this was one of the largest and finest municipal auditoriums in the southeast at the time of its construction. Art Moderne Style. Named for Mayor of Augusta when fund was established for building the auditorium in 1929 - historicaugusta.org

The new renovations and expansion really changed the whole vibe of the Bell. It feels and looks world class. The the VIP and Speakeasy Premium Memberships offer first class treatment. They cut no corners from valet parking, private VIP entrance, tickets to all the events, food and beverage and club space rental for events!

You will be proud of the facility as it represents a nee phase in Augusta, Ga. and wait until phase 2 which is the new arena is built its going to be crazy. Just telling you what I heard from my sources!

Thunder Over Evans 2024 honoring our military personnel and the military. What an awesome event having the most extreme fireworks show in the southeast! Lots of people, fun and excitement.

I was so close to the fireworks a gas ball went off and the shockwave moved the closed road barrier in front of me. My face felt like I was in a stone pizza oven lol! The heat was intense lol! It was awesome!!!
