I streamed to 0 viewers last night and it actually didn’t bother me. That s**t used to make me wanna cry. I used to feel like my peers are streaming just as many years as me and have way more viewership. But now I find joy in just being alive and fellowshiping with my boys I play with. Whether it’s one viewer or many I’m still having fun, I’m alive, and I’m doing what I love to do. I think that’s a win and I’ll take those wins in a world where wins are harder and harder to come by. It’s the little things. Shout out to my boys who play Tarkov with me.

These are some great workouts to help with this affliction. Most who know me know that a drunk driver has ruined my life by destroying my car and my back all in one blow. But we have to keep moving forward and now I have stenosis and it makes my physical activity and my normal life difficult at times, but here are some things that I do along with a lot of other workouts that have helped me cope
