After 8 months of hard luck on the water and various other road blocks to this point, I finally get redemption and have a pretty decent afternoon on the water. Using a top water lure from Temu proves to be the ticket on this late August day.

Took the time on a late afternoon, to hit the creek in search of the Redeye Bass. After some study and curiosity about this particular specie of bass it was time to grab a light setup, a few lures and head out. With summer time afternoon storms lurking in the area, I wasn’t going to be deterred to catching a few.
