There's no such thing as a perfect spouse. As a husband, I'm sure there are a few days that I fall short. Though my commitment to excellence as a partner is still here after years of friendship and marriage.

Every day that we wake up we have the right to choose. Some days the decisions are easier than on others. Even on the tough ones let's make the conscious decision to stand on our vows with that Day One energy.

Creating my legacy with my beautiful wife is everything it’s supposed to be and I am committed to being everything I'm supposed to be as a husband & 100% partner postpartum + forever.

Kings don't help their wives, we lead our wives, and a leader that doesn't serve is not a leader. Period. Let's normalize bringing the same energy we bring to the bedroom to all areas of our marriage.

I cleaned the whole house so tonight when she's tired she can go to sleep... I learned that in marriage there is a such thing as something for nothing. There is no tit for tat. Successful marriages are built on genuine servitude and a deep desire to bring 100% to the table - not just 50/50

I didn’t meet my true wife until she was living a soft life…

Nicole & I have always had a great friendship, relationship and marriage. But as we progressed in life and I’ve been able to keep a lot of the promises I made… like outsourced household duties, freed up her time, mental space and energy - a whole other woman emerged!

It’s my belief that when a woman has space to shift from survival mode, needed helper or 50/50 partner… then she can step into her true femininity and I’m here to tell you… some things are worth fighting for 🫡💫

To be completely transparent, we birthed the brand in 9 months but we were pregnant with, and fighting for this moment for 9+ years.

Never lose sight of your vision - ESPECIALLY when appears as if nothing is happening. God will never show you something in your mind that you can't one day hold in your hands. Dreams do come.

A winner only needs one example. A loser only needs one excuse. Stay focused!

We had the privilege to watch the new film TILL, the true story of Mamie Till-Mobley’s relentless pursuit of justice for her 14-year-old son, Emmett Till. Understanding that black trauma is not something anyone wants to run and see … NOT that. It’s a powerful perspective of both Black Joy and the relentless pursuit of justice through Mamie’s eyes. She turned grief into action and though we hope never to have to use it - we see and feel the universal power of a Mother. We are extremely honored to have had early access to watch this amazing film as the entire cast put their all into this movie. The film is co-written by Keith Beauchamp who was very close to Mamie Till-Mobley and it was her wish that he carry on the story. Even if you are familiar with the story of Emmett Till - this is a must-watch. Go see it today, now playing only in theaters.

Encouraging everyone to enter the week with childlike faith. Believing that any battle you are fighting is already won and the only things that can block your blessings are lack of faith and lack of work.

One thing my wife will never be…
A Married Single Mother.

I can't speak for anyone else's but my wife didn't sign up to be a married single mother. If she wanted to feel physically & mentally alone - she could have done that by herself. And real talk, I would have stayed running around if this wasn't what I truly wanted.

God kept his promises to me when he gave me her and I keep the promises I made when I prayed for her.
