A Message from our Festival Director, Shreco Bakari:

“It is with great honor that I thank each and every one of you amazing, passionate and dedicated filmmakers, for allowing our jury to evaluate, select and award your works of art.

As a passionate filmmaker and actor who loves telling stories and touching viewers in more ways than one, I am beyond impressed by the level of quality at this year’s film festival.

Congratulations to all of the SUPERCELL AWARD winners🌪️🌩️ and huge congratulations to the BEST OF FESTIVAL & DIRECTOR’S CHOICE winners! You all are legit the best of the best and I am truly honored to have you apart of this amazing festival.

To all of my nominees & honorable mention winners, keep up the amazing work and I’m looking forward to seeing you at next year’s festival event!

To my phenomenal Grand Jury, thank you for your around the clock service and making sure we met all of our deadlines right on time for the awards. This would wouldn’t have been possible without each of you and your amazing opinions and evaluations. Looking forward to seeing you all again very soon.

To all my filmmakers who were impacted by Hurricane Helen/Milton, our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with you.

Thank you all for a remarkable festival and we hope to see you again soon.

All Winners & Honorable Mention films who have scored an 8 or higher with the Grand Jury will be moving forward to compete in the BEST OF 2024 Awards in December! Be on the lookout for the notifications by November 1!

Here at the Foreman Empire Production International Film Festival we aim to elevate & inspire filmmakers from all walks of life on an international spectrum. It is Foreman Empire's goal to make all "Official Selections" and filmmakers feel welcomed, honored, important & most of all; that you matter along with your wort of art.

It is our mission to highlight the "Hidden Gems" from local to global, & gather films & filmmakers who are sometimes overlooked more than others. We at Foreman Empire believe these filmmakers are overlooked because they bring something that the industry or certain audiences are not use to and or ready for. Here at FEPIFF, we want the different, the strange and the controversial materials that people are afraid to speak on and or view.

All of our staff will assure every attendee & filmmaker feels like they are more than just supporters, but have joined a new family.
